RIP Industries Penny Board Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
3. Eligibility
Open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
Employees of RIP Industries and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
By entering, participants confirm they are eligible to do so.
RIP Industries reserves the right to request reasonable proof of age, identity and UK residency before awarding the prize.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the actions specified in the competition post published by RIP Industries.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Only genuine entries will be accepted.
Multiple entries are permitted where the entry method allows. Actions that can only reasonably be completed once (such as following an account or liking a post) will only count once.
Entries generated by bots, scripts, automated systems, fake accounts or any other artificial means will be disqualified.
RIP Industries reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry that is fraudulent, offensive, misleading, or otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions.
6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before 23:59 BST on 31 July 2026.
The winner will be selected using an impartial random selection process.
The draw will take place within 48 hours of the competition closing.
The decision of RIP Industries is final.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the social media account or contact details used to enter.
The winner must respond within 7 days of notification.
If the winner fails to respond, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, RIP Industries reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same random selection process.
8. Prize Delivery
The prize will be delivered to a UK address supplied by the winner.
RIP Industries aims to dispatch the prize within 14 days of receiving the winner’s delivery details.
RIP Industries accepts no responsibility for delays, loss or damage caused by third-party postal or courier services.
9. Publicity
By entering, participants agree that RIP Industries may announce the winner’s Instagram handle (or other social media username used to enter) for the purposes of administering and promoting the competition.
Participants acknowledge that any information provided in connection with this competition is provided to RIP Industries and not to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube or any other social media platform.
13. Right to Amend
RIP Industries reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to technical failures, fraud, events outside our reasonable control, or circumstances affecting prize availability.
