Fulfilment Time: Each piece is made to order, not pulled from a dusty shelf. Our fulfilment time averages 2–5 business days. Over 97% of orders ship within 5 business days, and more than 50% ship within 3 business days or fewer.

Shipping Time: Once fulfilled, orders are shipped from our UK facility in Birmingham. For UK orders, shipping typically takes 2 business days.

So, from order to delivery, you're looking at approximately 4–7 business days. But remember, we're a small squad. Every piece we drop is part of a bigger story—ours and yours.

Returns

We back our gear—but mistakes happen. If your order shows up misprinted, damaged, or otherwise jacked, you’ve got 30 days from the delivery date to report it. Same goes for lost packages—clock starts from the estimated arrival date. If it's on us, we'll own it and make it right, no sweat.
